DIFFERENTIATION OF FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERT RESEARCH BY SUBJECT TYPES

Abstract

The article highlights the results of the analysis of modern scientific and scientificmethodological literature on forensic psychological expert research and the results of the analysis of modern practice of assigning forensic psychological expertise and expert research, which allowed to identify contradictions between the questions set by the customers and the competence of the expert psychologist; between the excessive volume of questions and the specific subject type of forensic psychological expert research; between the specific subject type of forensic psychological expert research and the questions posed that are inappropriate in terms of content. The author draws attention to the development of psychological science and the formation of separate branches in it by subject types, which is of great importance for the efficiency and competence of the appointment and performance of forensic psychological expert studies. Their modern subject types are indicated by the nature of the issues (tasks) that are put forward for consideration before the examination, and by the legal significance of expert opinions. Emphasis is placed on the need for legal implementation of a differentiated approach to subject types in forensic psychological expert studies.
