Aims and Scope

The purpose of the collection "Herald Odesa Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise" is to elucidate the results of scholarly research on topical general theoretical and branch legal issues.

This goal defines the main tasks:

- to promote the creation of an open information environment that provides interaction between leading experts and young scholars in the field of legal sciences;

- to intensify the development of the international community of specialists in the field of theory and practice of legal science research;

- to publish the findings of scholarly research to be taken into account when evaluating the scientific activity of  higher education institutions, scientific establishments, as well as academic and research officers for their certiication when evaluating R&D projects submitted to tenders for financing from state or local budgets.
