Consideration of Information and Appeals

Any appeals to the editorial office regarding violations of the requirements of the Procedure for forming the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine are accepted in a written form by sending a letter of appeal to the official address of the journal’s founder. The letter shall be drawn up in accordance with the Rules of the organization of records management and archival storage of documents in state bodies, local government authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 18, 2015 No. 1000/5. An appealer’s signature shall be certified in the personnel department at the primary place of employment.

Procedure for Handling Allegations of Academic Misconduct

The editorial board is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. Allegations of misconduct are treated seriously and handled in accordance with established procedures that ensure fairness, confidentiality, and transparency.

Such allegations may include, but are not limited to, plagiarism, redundant publication, improper citation practices, data fabrication or falsification, inappropriate authorship, and undisclosed conflicts of interest.

All submissions of complaints are formally registered and undergo an initial assessment. Where necessary, a detailed investigation is conducted, which may involve independent experts. Based on the findings, the editorial board takes appropriate action, including requesting revisions, rejecting submissions, or retracting published articles.

All decisions are evidence-based and communicated to the relevant parties. The journal follows internationally recognized ethical practices when addressing complex cases.
