TO THE QUESTION OF FORMATION, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF INFORMATIONAL-REFERENCE COLLECTIONS OF GLOVES

This paper considers the importance of information and reference collections in the investigation of crimes based on the analysis of investigative and expert practice. In the process of criminal justice, in order to establish the facts and circumstances involved in the subject of evidence, it is often important that reference information characterizing the individual and tribal (species) characteristics of a person, materials, substances and products, which usually do not have a causal relationship with the crime itself, but contribute to solving diagnostic, identification and classification problems. Such information includes information on sources of origin; qualitative and quantitative composition of substances, their physical and chemical properties; information about samples of products and products; much more. Authors propose an algorithm for compiling an information database of the mittens for conducting a comparative study of this category of examinations.
