ARCGIS ESRI – IS THE TOOL FOR ANALYS AND DETERMINATION OF THE MARKET VALUE OF THE CITIES PROPERTY IN JUDO EXPERTISE

The methodology of carrying out the appraisal land and evaluation constraction expertise was devised on the basis of scientific approach to determine the market value of real estate. Public information of the market value of real estate in the main centers of transport and functional access in 2016-2017 years was analysed in this research. The market value of real estate in the main centers of transport and functional access and of the object of investigation was determined with the help of comparative method. The diligent research revealed the causation of territorial improvement with price formation of real estate. The basis was created in order to get market index in different periods of time. Modern geoinformation product ArcGIS of ESRI company helps to determine the present and predictional market value of real estate.
