Abstract

The article considers the importance of conducting preventive work in organizing the fight against economic crime. The implementation of preventive work is carried out through the generalization of expert practice. In the process of analysis, research objects are grouped according to typical circumstances and newly emerging types of economic crimes. On this basis, recommendations of a preventive nature are developed, aimed at eliminating the shortcomings that are favorable for committing crimes and preventing them in the future. It is desirable that such measures are taken by all the expert institutions of the Ministry of Justice. However, it is not possible to rely solely on the data of experts without carrying out activities by the relevant bodies that fall outside the competence of the expert. The involvement of experts in economics in preventive work is also grounded in the fact that in the process of carrying out the research not only violations are established and documented, but their mechanisms and methods are also determined, which is also impossible without special knowledge in this field
