Abstract

This paper considers the application of the system approach and synergetics in the organization and conduct of forensic expertise. On the example of a landslide slope in the Dolphin beach area (Odessa), a synergistic process is shown as an object of investigation by forensic environmental experts. Universal linear energy laws are described: the maximization of energy assimilation, the minimum of energy losses and the law of relaxation. In addition, the processes of nonlinear dynamics are presented, which are a new scientific paradigm that appeared at the end of the second half of the twentieth century and is called synergetics or the theory of self-organization. Necessary conditions for the existence of highly nonequilibrium processes are the complexity of the system, that is, many components, the set of direct and inverse cyclic links; integrity and openness of the system. Sufficient conditions for such processes are remoteness from the equilibrium state and sensitivity to small fluctuations. Typically, the following nonlinear processes or phenomena are distinguished: a regime with exacerbations and localization of self-sustaining systems. Regular localization is an attractor to a fixed neutral-orbital or asymptotic node, as well as an asymptotic focus or variety of a saddle.
