Abstract

The impact of reforming law enforcement agencies, including expert units, on personnel selection criteria and requirements for individuals is considered. The reasons for the formation of professional deformation in general have been studied. The influence of excessive requirements on the occurrence of professional destruction, and therefore a decrease in the efficiency of professional activity. The most common professional deformities of forensic experts are analyzed. Ways to prevent and overcome them are highlighted.
