АГЕНЦІЇ ЄС ІЗ ПИТАНЬ ЮСТИЦІЇ ТА ВНУТРІШНІХ СПРАВ: ІСТОРИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ ТА СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ

Стаття присвячена аналізу еволюції агенцій ЄС з питань юстиції та внутрішніх справ, а також сучасним засадам їх функціонування. У дослідженні охарактеризовані ключові інституції ЄС з питань безпеки та правосуддя, їхні основні завдання і повноваження, зокрема, CEPOL, EMCDDA, EASO, eu-LISA, Eurojust, Europol та Frontex. Приділено увагу впливу викликів, з якими зіштовхуються країни ЄС у процесі запобігання і протидії міжнародним злочинам, на перелік функцій та компетенцій агентств з питань юстиції та внутрішніх справ. Крім того, виокремлюються тенденції щодо розширення повноважень агентств і органів внутрішніх справ та юстиції, їх узагальнення й розмежування на національні та загальноєвропейські. Вказується на особливу роль координації та оперативного інформаційного обміну інформацією у контексті ефективної протидії злочинам транскордонного характеру.
